2024 Registration

Registration forms may be downloaded below.

 

Team registration will be held on April 14 from 2 - 4 pm at the pool.  Drop off forms, ask questions, volunteer for jobs and meet other swim families during this time.  There are three mandatory forms: registration, medical record and volunteer (included in the packet listed below or available at registration).  All must be filled out.  Each family must volunteer - no exceptions.
